Your friends' email addresses will not be used for promotional purposes, nor disclosed to a third party.

Any ratings or comments you submit on Group Name are publicly available to users along with the reviewer and reviewed user name. Group Name may contact either the reviewer or reviewed in regards to the comments or rating.
When bidding or offering on an item, your user name, bid/offer amount and location are publicly available as part of the item’s bid/offer history.

You must agree to comply with all applicable local laws and rules regarding online conduct and privacy, as well as content. Specifically, but not as a limitation, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding transmission of technical and personal data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Group Name cannot and does not control the information users make available to others in their item listings. Though prohibited, users may provide information that is false, deceptive, harmful or offensive to other users. Please exercise caution in deciding which information you share with other site users.

"Cookies" are items of information stored on your computer's hard drive. Group Name uses cookies to recognize repeat visitors, to automatically enter your login ID in our forms, and to keep you logged in at your request. If you do not want to use cookies, you can disable them through your browser setting.

As permitted by applicable law, Group Name can (with your authorization) disclose your username, name, address, phone number, email and any other information to other Group Name users in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity whenever Group Name, at its sole discretion, believes necessary or appropriate. Group Name does not presently sell, trade or rent personal information to other parties. We reserve the right to do so in the future, but will allow individuals to opt out of this process. Nothing in this privacy policy shall affect or restrict Group Name to buy to sell or transfer such data as part of a sale or transfer of all or substantially all of its assets and you consent to our doing so.

You may change your personal information at any time by visiting My Group Name. You may also change your notification preferences in the My Group Name site section. By registering with us, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Group Name.

If there are any changes in our privacy policy, this page will be updated with the current information.

Upon closing a successful transaction, both buyer and seller consent to sharing the personal information necessary to complete the transaction. This includes mailing address, telephone number and email address as submitted at registration. Group Name will never release customer credit card information to a buyer or seller.
